After setting up the various components of your task in Bookli, the last step is to define the first message and the pilot questions that will guide the AI in interactions with leads.
Unlocking the Testing Interface: Once the previous steps are completed, you will have access to the testing conversation interface. This environment allows you to chat with the task you just configured to test its effectiveness.
Mini Navbar: With access to the testing interface, a mini navbar will also be unlocked. This toolbar allows you to easily modify each step of the task as you continue to test the conversation, enabling you to make real-time improvements.
The first message and qualifying questions are crucial for guiding the conversation towards the desired objective.
Defining the First Message: Enter the initial message that the AI will use to start conversations with leads. This should be a welcoming and informative message that introduces the theme of the conversation.
Setting Up the Pilot Questions: Develop a series of qualifying questions that the AI will use to guide the conversation. These questions should be designed to qualify the lead, better understand their needs, and guide them through the sales funnel.
STEP 3: Testing and Optimization Use the testing interface to assess the effectiveness of your choices and to make any necessary optimizations.
Conversation Testing: Start a chat session with the task to see how the AI handles the first message and qualifying questions. Pay attention to the fluidity of the conversation and the relevance of the AI's responses.
Real-Time Editing: Use the mini navbar to make changes to the task steps based on the test results. This iterative process helps you refine the conversation until the interaction is fully optimized.
