Add a lead

STEP 1:
Open the Bookli CRM and go to the "Leads" section. You can find this section in the main navigation bar or in the sidebar, depending on the configuration of your user interface.
In the upper right corner of the "Leads" section, you will find a green button labeled "Add Lead". Click on this button to start the process of entering a new lead.
STEP 2:
After clicking the button, a modal window will open. In the first part of this window, you will be asked to enter the essential data of the lead. Fill in the following fields:
Name: Enter the lead’s first name.
Surname: Add the lead’s surname.
Number: Write the phone number of the lead.
Mail: Enter the email address of the lead.
Make sure to enter all the data correctly to facilitate the management of the lead within the system.
STEP 4:
This step is not mandatory, but it can be useful for categorizing and better managing the leads within the CRM.
In the second part of the modal, you will have the option to associate the lead with specific tasks or to add custom tags.
Select the appropriate task or add the desired tags according to the needs of your workflow.
Once all the necessary and optional fields are filled out, confirm the entry by clicking on the save button in the modal. The lead will be automatically added to the CRM and inserted into the selected conversational flow, allowing you to immediately start managing communications with the new contact.
