The first step involves uploading your list of contacts. This is done by importing a CSV file into the Bookli system. Ensure that the file is prepared correctly, with all the contacts you intend to reach through the outreach.
After uploading the CSV file, you will need to proceed with mapping the fields. This means you will indicate to Bookli which columns of the CSV file correspond to essential data such as the contact's name, phone number, and email address. This step is crucial to ensure that the information is used correctly by the outreach task.
In this step, you will set up the specifics of the outreach campaign, following these points:
Selecting the Outreach Task: Select the task you previously created for outreach. Ensure that the type of lead is set to 'Outbound' and the temperature to 'Cold'.
Setting Contact Days: Decide on which days of the week the artificial intelligence (AI) should contact the leads. This helps to personalize the outreach according to the expected behavior of the recipients.
Defining the Time Slot and Start Day: Establish not only at what times of the day the contacts should be made but also the exact day when the AI should start contacting the leads. This better organizes the workflow and optimizes time management.
Daily Contact Limit: Decide how many leads the AI should contact each day. This control allows you to manage the intensity of the outreach and distribute efforts over time.
