1. Trigger

The trigger is the starting point that initiates automation.

Currently, we have 3 types of triggers: Webhook, Tag Added, and WhatsApp (specific incoming message such as "INFO").

These triggers kick off automation processes in Bookli.

Webhook Using a Webhook as a trigger, you can integrate it into any business process or automation software like Zapier or Make, or CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.

Tag Added As a CRM, Bookli also includes a tagging system that you can use at your discretion to initiate other automations.

WhatsApp You can set up the automation to start when you receive a specific message, such as "INFO".
